WYA (Where you at?) is a group program for youth 14+. It is designed to be given not only in schools but in any group setting.

WYA is a workshop driven program to help teens learn life serving lessons and acquire tools to build good mental health well into adulthood.
WYA is given in person or virtually.
Sessions are 90 minutes
(except first session is 30-40 minutes)

Choosing kindness and empathy
